Can emotional control be trained in sports betting?

After losses, it is easy to chase or change strategy without logic. I know emotions are a big enemy, but theory and practice differ a lot. Have you found practical ways to improve emotional control while betting, or do you believe this skill only comes with years of experience?

Re: Can emotional control be trained in sports betting?

Emotional control definitely does not magically appear with time alone. What helped me most was setting very strict rules before placing any bets and following them no matter the last result. After a loss, I step away instead of trying to fix it immediately. I also track withdrawals like 1xbet cameroon withdraw to remind myself that profits only matter when they are actually taken out. That mindset made me calmer and less focused on revenge bets.
